The Project
Thee Mr. E Band – a cover band based in Albany, NY – came to me in need of a website, a logo, and advice on social media and email marketing. I put together a comprehensive digital strategy for the band covering four online channels.
I built Thee Mr. E Band a custom WordPress website containing pages that allowed them to collect email addresses, promote upcoming and past performances, introduce the band with bios, and embed photos, videos, and audio clips of the band.
In addition to the WordPress website, I also consulted on a social media strategy using Facebook and Instagram, and an email marketing plan utilizing MailChimp.
Finally, I had my designer create a logo that reflects the tone of the band spanning a range of colors reminiscent of music posters and themes from the 1960s and 1970s – music of the era covered by Thee Mr. E Band.
